Tesla inspected the vehicle and found the front driver-side wheel was missing its balance weights. Tesla corrected the issue by reinstalling the weights and balancing the wheel, which immediately resolved the vibration. The repair cost me $209.25 out of pocket. When I contacted the shop, they acknowledged my concern and told me they would look into the issue, and that normally they do remove the weights and don't replace that part of the wheel and that I would've needed to go get the wheel balanced, I was never expressed that at time of drop off, nor within the week they had my car sitting in their parking lot. Again, great service and friendly staff. Honest upfront pricing and service. Fixed one of my wheels on schedule on my Audi since I was coming in from out of town. Satisfied and confident to return if needed. Recommended.

Saved me $650!! 🙌 Not only did they get me in last minute, but they did SUCH an amazing job. I was in and out within an hour—it honestly felt like 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and since it’s a family-owned business, the whole atmosphere just felt so comfortable. Highly recommend!!

I could not be happier with this shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, respectful, and welcoming. They went out of their way to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with the work being done. Their professionalism stood out, and as a veteran, I really appreciate how military-friendly they are. The prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of work. The repair was completed quickly, and my rims look brand new. It is clear this team takes pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. If you are looking for excellent work, honest pricing, and people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommended.
